Warm tips, when the product has a problem, please immediately with our sales lady feedback and seek solutions. Rather than fix it by yourself, because, you may do it wrong!
What our engineer said?
1, The fixing plate at the bottom of the jar is not loose, but we learn from experience and do not twist too tight. Because when the twist is too tight, the rubber ring inside the blades will be squeezed out, or even crushed, so the twist is in right place, and it does not need to be too tight. Each of our machines has been tested for water leakage. Clients can check whether our goods leak when the bottom fixing plate is just tightened as we send.
Pls tell client don’t tight it so hard, since it will damage the jar, just in case cracks the bottom.
In our production line, each blender has been tested before being sent out. The quality inspection team has also checked this batch of goods. Our engineer said that it is not the tighter the better, because as long as it is twisted to the right degree, no water leakage is OK. In case it is too tight and cracks the bottom of jar and the rubber ring of blade .
Our engineer said that with the tightness of our retainer plate, the blade protrudes enough to fit the drive socket. Please see the picture:
The height of the protruding part of this blade is matched with the mushroom, and the height is normal, and there is no problem for us after testing. This is not a technical error; it is a method that we have developed over many years of experimentation. If you insist on 100% tightening, please first understand the risk of cup cracking caused by internal stress at the bottom of the cup during long-term blending.
(We do have torque tests to measure standard torque, not too tight and not too loose)
