In September, thanks to the outstanding performance of our sales team at GEMAT Blender Factory, we achieved an incredible 130% of our target in the competition. To celebrate this milestone, the company rewarded us with a 4-day, 3-night team-building trip to the breathtaking Guizhou province. This journey not only strengthened our team spirit but also allowed us to connect with nature and culture in one of China's most beautiful regions.
ay 1: Tranquility at Qianling Mountain
We began our adventure at Qianling Mountain Park, a serene oasis nestled in the bustling city of Guiyang. Highlights of the park included the Hongfu Temple, which exudes an air of peace and history, and the fascinating Macaque Garden, where playful monkeys brought smiles to everyone’s faces. We also visited the park's zoo to see the adorable giant pandas, a rare treat!
The evening was equally delightful as we savored sour soup beef hot pot, a local delicacy bursting with unique flavors. Later, we wandered through the vibrant Qingyun Market Night Bazaar, filled with local crafts and delicacies, and admired the historic Jiaxiu Tower, which stood elegantly by the river under the shimmering night lights.
Day 2: Cultural Insights and Natural Wonders
Our second day began with a visit to the Guizhou Nationality Museum, where we delved into the rich traditions of Guizhou's many ethnic minorities. The exhibits gave us a deeper appreciation of their colorful clothing, music, and rituals.
In the afternoon, we explored the magnificent Zhijin Cave, renowned as Asia’s largest karst cave. The otherworldly stalactites and stalagmites felt like the abode of celestial beings, leaving us in awe of nature's artistry.
Day 3: Paradise at Libo Small Seven-Hole Scenic Area
On day three, we ventured to the enchanting Libo Small Seven-Hole Scenic Area. This natural paradise featured stunning sights like the Laya Waterfall, the Wolong Lake, and crystal-clear waters that sparkled in hues of green and blue. Watching fish swim gracefully through the pristine waters was a calming experience.
Our day ended in the picturesque Thousand-Household Miao Village, where we were captivated by its charming night views. Dressed in traditional Miao attire, we captured beautiful photos that celebrated the rich cultural heritage of the Miao people.
Day 4: Morning Bliss and Reflection
On the final morning, we woke up to the fresh mountain air at our quaint homestay in the Miao village. The tranquil surroundings provided a perfect moment to reflect on our journey, cherishing both the bonds we strengthened and the beauty we experienced.
