13 years has passed since we found our factory in year 2008 and the expansion of our sales scope has recognized our employees’ hard efforts. All the blood and tears of our company was rewarded and we felt very grateful for it. And as our company grew stronger, we have created more benefits for our team, for examples, birthday party and our own restaurant.
During Alibaba Super March, we held a competition with other factory and we won with diligent work of all our departments. A big surprise is that our sales team surpassed the monthly sale volume and won a prize of Sanya trip. When we got the news, our meeting room was exploded with excitement and applause.
At the day of departure at the airport, all of our face was filled with happiness and gratitude. The sky was extremely blue and the clouds is soft. Two hours of flight time, we reached at the airport. At that moment, our Sanya trip started officially and the curtain was removed.
In the first day, we went to a beach and walked along the seashore. The beach is exquisitely decorated and well-designed, attracting a large number of tourists every year. Feeling with gentle breeze and smelling the sea salt flavor, we were bath in the sun and felt the touching of every sunshine. Along the seashore, we walked one by one and hand by hand and enjoyed ourselves with sea water and sand. The relaxing atmosphere lead us to know more about colleagues who are always accompanied us for most of the workdays. We knew more about their private life, their lovely children and share all the ambition while we were looking at the sky. And the act of small talk would help us to work more flexibly during work and share more understanding about each other's job responsibility.
In the second day, we've also climbed one of the mountains in Sanya. The mountain road and shape was very peculiar. We took many pictures there and from pictures, you could notice our big smile and white teeth. During the climbing, we felt tired at some times but we took the peak of the mountain as one of our sales challenge and encouraged each other to reach the top. And finally we made it. Standing at the top of the mountain, we felt the cold breeze and the feeling of achievement. Climbing mountain trained our mind and patience so that we could better serve our clients.
In the third day, we’ve enjoyed a really exciting high altitude activity and that is the helicopter. Three of us sit in one helicopter and shared the companion of instructor. By listening the instructions from our teaching staff, we flied to the sky and released all of our worries and stress. And with our company best wishes, we aimed higher in our future and set our higher sales goals for the rest of our year. The experience broadened our eye horizon and brought us the feeling that we had never felt before. It was totally brand new moment in all of our life. We cherished and felt gratitude for our company’s proposal of making this activity happen.
In the last day, we visited many famous place of interest in Sanya. There are stones that marked the end of the world and it is said that couples will not break up once they arrive here. Besides endless of seashore and stones, we met with one unique nationality called Li nationality. Their clothes and culture are very interesting and we learned to respect each other although we are different nationality. It is the same rule when we met with clients from different countries. And the more we travelled, the more we learned to understand each other to make a better world.
The whole trip boosted all of our energy and we were back to work with full energy and passion. Thank you so much and all of us love our company Zhongshan City Haishang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.! In the following days and years, we will usher into a new era with holding each other’s hand. And we believe we can defeat all difficulties and serve our clients better with refreshed point of view and experience.
