I was so excited when the Slovenian customer told me that they would visit our factory! This is the first time for me to receive foreign clients.
Early that morning, with a drizzle in the sky, I drove to the Guangzhou hotel and picked up the clients to our factory. The European clients are very polite and gentlemanly, so I didn't get nervous.After the customers came to the factory, they first went to our exhibition hall. CIci, director of foreign trade, and I received the customer together. The customers first introduced their own company, they are an old company with a history of 40 years, mainly producing HVAC equipment, now they are expanding business not only to HVAC manufacturing but also they have a lot of interest in healthy food-producing and healthy lifestyle, they found Gemat blender manufacturer on Alibaba. They said Gemat is famous brand in the global market.
Then, I introduced our blender factory to the customer. Although Gemat has only been built for about 10 years, Gemat blenders have been exported to 68 countries at home and abroad, and we have many customers in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.
After that, the customers began to visit our exhibition hall, where almost all our products were displayed. CIci and I also began to introduce our products, design, function and configuration to the customer. CIci told the client that the wife of former US President Donald Trump is a famous model and also comes from Slovenia. The client laughed and said: yes, yes. The atmosphere suddenly became more cheerful.
After getting to know our factory, the customer was very interested in our products and placed an order for 4 prototypes. At noon, we also ate a simple pizza set with our customers, discussed Chinese food together, and chatted like friends. The customer feels very good to us and we also think the customer is very gentleman.
It was a wonderful reception, and we expect more and more customers to visit our factory!
