In November, with the rich autumn colors in full bloom, Gemat Factory organized a four-day team building trip for its employees to Jiangxi. The journey perfectly combined natural scenery appreciation and team collaboration, allowing everyone to relax and strengthen team cohesion.

The employees visited iconic attractions such as Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang, ancient villages in Wuyuan, and Sanqing Mountain. Amidst the picturesque autumn scenery with forests dyed in layered hues, they experienced Jiangxi's profound cultural heritage and stunning natural landscapes. Fun team-building activities like "oriented check-in" and "collaborative puzzle-solving" were interspersed throughout the trip. Colleagues worked together, helped each other, and deepened mutual understanding and rapport amidst laughter.

During the trip, everyone enjoyed local specialties such as clay pot soup and Wuyuan steamed dishes, exchanged work experiences, and shared life stories.
