Two-Day Outdoor Team Building in Yingde

GEMAT BLENDER FACTORY, operating as Zhongshan Haishang Electrical Appliances, organized a two-day outdoor team training journey themed “Unite as One, March Forward Hand in Hand” on July 17 and 18. Participants cover all staff from the Sales Department and General Management Office, alongside several employees’ family kids, forming a warm group of nearly 20 people.

The team set off from the factory in three private cars and headed for Yingxi Peak Corridor. The itinerary blends exciting team challenges and relaxing natural sightseeing. Staff took part in competitive ATV jungle races to boost teamwork, admired the cool natural caves at Dongtian Fairyland, and cycled through picturesque peak landscapes for casual bonding. On the second day, a professional coach delivered targeted outdoor group training at Jiqingli Black Tea Valley, helping everyone break communication barriers.

The group stayed in fully-equipped villas with private hot springs, KTV and mahjong facilities. They shared authentic local farm feasts during the trip. This outdoor activity eased work fatigue, tightened bonds between colleagues and fostered a united mindset. The management hopes the sales team will carry forward this cohesive spirit to strive for better business results hand in hand.
