Gemat Factory Qingyuan Team Building Activity Successfully Completed

To enrich employees’ spare-time life, relieve work pressure, and strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, Gemat Factory organized a two-day team building activity in Qingyuan from July 17th to 18th. With rich and fulfilling arrangements, the event allowed all staff to relax completely and gain positive energy from busy daily work.

During the activity, all employees experienced the exciting off-road vehicle project. Driving on rugged mountain roads, everyone cooperated with each other and encouraged one another, releasing full vitality and passion. It fully demonstrated the team spirit of courage, hard work and unity. Afterwards, the team visited the well-known Qingyuan scenic spot — Cave Wonderland. Walking through the natural cave and enjoying the wonderful mountains and waters, everyone immersed themselves in the beauty of nature and achieved thorough physical and mental relaxation.

In addition, the team tasted the authentic local specialty — Qingyuan chicken. Its tender and delicious taste left a deep impression on everyone. This team building activity greatly enhanced communication and mutual understanding among staff, and effectively strengthened team centripetal force. In the future, all members of Gemat will maintain a more vigorous working state and a more united attitude, unite as one, forge ahead, and promote the steady development of all factory work.
