Team‑Building Day at Dapeng Peninsula: Where Our Blender Factory Team Cooks, Bonds & Grows | Gemat Blender

Team cohesion is one of the core strengths behind our home appliance manufacturing business. Recently, our GEMAT blender factory team headed to Dapeng Peninsula, Shenzhen, for a fun‑filled team‑building activity. Staff paired up in two‑person groups to show off their cooking skills, enjoying delicious homemade food, relaxing games and karaoke, which helped us recharge and build tighter connections as one team.

Unlike busy workshop production days focused on designing, testing and producing high‑quality blenders for global clients, this outdoor getaway gave every team member a chance to step away from work pressure. Divided into cooking pairs, colleagues worked side‑by‑side to complete the whole food‑making process. Some carefully chopped fresh tomatoes, chicken wings and other raw ingredients; some seasoned meat; some stood by the wok for stir‑frying. Every dish was fully prepared by our own people.

From ingredient preparation to hot finished dishes served on plates, each pair collaborated closely. Just as we cooperate in the factory — from R&D, mold development, production assembly to quality inspection for household blenders — good teamwork makes better outputs. We laughed while cutting ingredients, communicated during cooking, and proudly presented our self‑made dishes after hard work.

After the cooking challenge, everyone gathered around the long dining table for a big feast. We tasted different home‑cooked dishes made by our colleagues, shared stories and chatted happily. Besides the cooking competition, we also enjoyed leisure activities including mahjong games and karaoke singing. These relaxed moments broke down daily work boundaries, letting us know each other beyond job titles.

For our blender manufacturing factory, excellent products do not only come from advanced equipment and strict quality standards. They are built by real people who trust and support one another. This Dapeng Peninsula team‑building improved our communication, eased work fatigue, and strengthened team spirit. When we return to our production posts, this positive team energy will be carried over to our product development, order execution and customer service.
