Team Building in Dalian

To celebrate the excellent performance achieved in the work competition in March, the sales team of Gemat Factory organized a four-day team building trip to Dalian. After a period of intense and busy work, this wonderful journey provided all team members with a precious opportunity to relax, relieve pressure and recharge themselves.

During the relaxing trip, we visited many famous scenic spots in Dalian and experienced unique coastal customs. We strolled through the grand Xinghai Square, felt the gentle sea breeze blowing on our faces, and enjoyed the vast and beautiful coastal scenery, which made our minds open and relaxed. Then we visited the Lvshun Museum Scenic Area. Walking among the historic buildings and precious cultural relics, we felt the profound historical and cultural heritage, gained spiritual inspiration and broadened our horizons.

The most impressive experience was sailing out to sea. All team members boarded the sailboat and rode the wind and waves on the blue sea. We embraced the vast sky and sea, stayed away from the trivialities of work, and completely released our pressure and fatigue. In the evening, we wandered through Dalian Venice Water City. The elegant European-style buildings matched with brilliant neon lights, and the beautiful night scene reflected on the water was extremely romantic, allowing everyone to enjoy a leisurely and pleasant night time.

This four-day team building activity not only helped everyone relax physically and mentally, but also shortened the distance between team members and enhanced mutual communication and tacit understanding. In the future, the Gemat sales team will gather the strength gained from this trip, maintain a positive and enterprising attitude, unite as one, keep forging ahead, and create more excellent achievements for the company.
