At Haishang (GEMAT), we believe in two things: relentless effort and genuine celebration. March was our battle month – everyone pushed hard, chasing performance targets with passion and grit. That intense competition brought out our best, but we also know that hard work deserves great rewards.

So from May 13th to 16th, our entire team headed to Dalian – a beautiful coastal city – for four days of pure fun and bonding. We explored the seaside, enjoyed local seafood, laughed in team games, and shared stories under the stars. No KPIs, no deadlines – just colleagues becoming friends.

This trip is not just a break; it’s our culture in action. We sweat together, we win together, and we celebrate together. At Haishang (GEMAT), every achievement is a shared victory, and every moment of joy is a team memory. Dalian, here we come – let’s make waves!
